Techniplan
designed and constructed this coal train loading plant on the
Darling Downs, Central Queensland. The project was a green field,
turnkey contract involving civil works for the highly expansive
black soils, structural, mechanical and electrical works. The
plant a custom designed flood loading gate and state of the art
electronic control. The plant can be operated by one person.

This train
loading installation was designed to load coal into existing grain
wagon. The unique design of the grain wagons required a specially
design telescopic chute mechanism which did not hit the wagon
internal baffles. The train loading gates were duplicated for
increased reliability and to enable maintenance to be carried
out without disturbing train schedules

Techniplan was involved in
supplying the train loading gate at Rolleston mine site. Our
gates, telescopic chute and radial arms are designed to suit
various wagon sizes.
This train load out gate is supplied
with it's own hydraulic power pack to control the hydraulic
cylinders. Techniplan also provided the local equipment room and
MCC room and hydraulic components for the Overload removal
device for the train loading facility.

supplying the train loading facility at Minerva mine site. The
entire
system
was supplied including 250T bin
gates, telescopic chute and radial arms are designed to suit
various wagon sizes.
This train load out gate is supplied

cylinders. Techniplan also provided the local equipment room and
MCC room and the Overload removal device for the train loading facility.

This train loading gate was
supplied at Curragh mine site. This facility required an upgrade
of it's train loading system. Techniplan supplied the gates,
telescopic chute and radial arm. All Techniplan gates
incorporate slide plates made of quenched and tempered steel of
360 Brinell hardness for low wear and holding capacity when
closed. Dual wipers act as a cleaning block for the gate and are
guided by a series of load bearing cam followers.

Techniplan was involved in
supplying two identical train loading gates, radial arm and
pivot chutes to Carborough Downs & Isaac Plain coal handling pla nts. This train load out gate
included it's own hydraulic power pack to control the gate
cylinders and the overload removal device. The overload removal
device supplied is controlled by a Bobcat backhoe and bucket
attachment. Techniplan also provided the local equipment room for the train loading facility.
