Techniplan designs and builds conveyors for all types of material including coal, woodchips, grain, ores and rock. Over many years, Techniplan has designed and supplied stackers, trippers, shuttles, feeders and plant conveyors. Techniplan also designs and builds chain conveyors for bulk materials as well as piece handling equipment such as mail and parcels, board handling conveyors and similar. 	RADIAL STACKER FOR COAL: This radial stacker, at Jellinbah in Central Queensland, is used for stacking crushed coal. The stacker is rated at 1000tph and slews through an arc of 110 degrees. The conveyor is powered by a 45 KW electric motor driving through a shaft mounted helical gearbox. The slew drive is provided by two 0.75 KW gear brake motors driving 315 diameter track wheels. The complete conveyor was designed, supplied and erected by Techniplan on a turn key basis.
	CONVEYORS FOR WOODCHIPS: This conveyor for Canterwood at Maryborough is used in the export of woodchips. The product conveyor is rated at 200 tph and elevates the chips some 18 metres into a large storage stockpile. The bark conveyor is a fixed stacker carrying bark and other debris to a disposal point in the plant. The project was undertaken on a fixed price turnkey basis by Techniplan.

	This is our latest Train Loadout system at Minerva. This plant comprises of a stockpile relaim system, sampling plant, elevating conveyor, control and MCC rooms & train loadout bin and gate. Crushed coal is used to load trains at a rate of 2800tph.

	Techniplan is currently working on a Limestone feeder conveyor for the the Goro Nickel project in New Caledonia. Techniplan is supplying the conveyor system (including idlers, pulleys, drive & head chute) and the feed hoppers.
